Handling & Processing Time

We require 1-3 days working days to process the order (in the peak season it might be 3-5 days).

Shipping Time

The shipping time is between 5 and 15 days depending on the country. See the detail below:

This is not a guarantee of delivery time. Delivery time is an estimate based on thousands of past orders. 

Delivery time might be affected by force majeure such pandemic and seasonal shipping congestion such Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year. 

Tracking Number

Once we ship your package we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking number for your order and a link to track it.

However, the tracking number and link might not be ready to track. The reason is the carrier hasn't scanned and entered tracking information for your package yet. Generally, after we ships your package, it will be processed by the carrier, then they scan and enter the tracking information. There might be a delay between these scanning events and tracking availability in their system. Usually it takes a few days for processing, therefore the tracking information may not appear online immediately, please try to track again later.

Missing Package

In case of missing package, we will ship you a new package after 60 days after the initial shipment. For more information, please contact
